Expectations For You & Your Client

1. Up to 25% of leads will be out of area, wrong number, not interested etc.

2. Up to 50% of leads will not be reachable

3. We do not start the 30 day renewal period until we are launched

4. Account-Related issues are NOT our responsibility, nor any time lost due to restriction/disable. This is the product of automatic FB algorithms - BUT we will help in any way we can & can often resolve ourselves, as long as you/client provide us with the resources we need.

5. First month requires a $200 testing ad spend before CPL guarantee starts to count.

6. We are reliant on the clients ability to perform proper follow ups, feel free to ask us for additional resources on this front.

7. We cannot begin setup until ALL above onboarding steps are complete.

Ideal Follow Up Procedure

(If you are using our text & email drips for your client, skip NON-CALL steps.

1. Call each lead within 5 minutes - within 2 minutes is best.

2. If the lead does not answer the first time, call them again immediately after.

3. If still no answer, leave a voicemail stating who you are, the ad / offer they opted in to, and how to reach back out.

4. Send them a text reiterating voicemail

5. Call + text/email everyday for the next 5 days. Try to incorporate some value.

6. After 5 days and still no response, send one text or email daily with PURE VALUE.

ONCE APPOINTMENT IS BOOKED

1. Call lead immediately after you see appointment booking to introduce yourself & build rapport.
2. Call lead in between date booked & date scheduled to confirm they are still good for date booked. If not, pick a new date.

3. Show up at the EXACT time appointment is booked. If they are not showing, call/text them to remind of meeting.
